Our policy is as follows:
1. All deposits are non-refundable except in case of rule number 4.
2 . No credit/refund will be given to teams that cancel 14 days before the event begins.
3 . A credit for an entry in a future event will be given for teams who notify the tournament director between 44-15 days prior to the start of the event.
4 . We will issue Full Refunds only if canceling from an event 45 days Prior to the event that they are registered to participate in OR if we cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control (COVID_19), tornado, ect.
